今天剛解決這個問題，64位 win 7 系統(tǒng) ，安裝后跟你的提示一模一樣，不過，我考濾到有可能是license的路徑有錯誤，所有重新弄了一下環(huán)境變量，然后重啟一下電腦就OK了。
設置方法：我的電腦－右擊屬性－高級系統(tǒng)設置－高級－環(huán)境變量－在系統(tǒng)變量中添加：
變量名：MGLS_LICENSE_FILE
變量值為：D:\MentorGraphics\10.5LPW\SDD_HOME\LPWizard\license.txt
然后確定即可
