Evaluates Technology solutions. Provides cost/benefit recommendations. 2、2As the owner of Functional Safety(FuSa) spec, responsible for FuSa architecture definition for the IP, sub-system and top-level for the automotive SoC. 3、Lead the design team to do analysis of FMEA & FMEDA , and provide support for them toimplement and validate different kinds of safety mechanism in the SoC to meet the FuSa goal. 4、4Responsible for the SoC FMEDA and safety manual development, and work closely with the design team, software and system team to get the ASIL B/D certification in the Automotive SoC and system Level. 5、Clearly communicates and conveys design concepts, both verbally and written. Also able to learn and understand complex control system concepts. 6、Conduct tasks in accordance with safety standard. 崗位要求： 1、Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronic/electrical engineering, information technology or relevant disciplines. 2、3+ years of ASIC/SoC design or project management experience . 3、Solid understanding of ISO26262 or IEC61508. TUV certification is a good plus. 4、Good at doing FMEA, FMEDA, FTA and DFA analysis with successful project experience. 5、Familiar with design tools, like simulation, DFT, synthesis and timing analysis. 6、Creativity, yet with the focus on challenging but achievable goals. 7、Independent and self-driving working style, but willingness to adapt to achieve the team goal. 8、Good communication skill. 福利：五險一金 績效獎金 股票期權
