He or she should be knowledgeable of the processes and materials involved in fabrication of our biometric sensor module include screen printing, spray coating, hard to hard lamination, soft to hard lamination, ACF (anisotropic conductive film) bonding of FPC (flexible printed circuits) to glass, and underfill/potting. This person will manage the local process supporting team and work with module manufacturers in China and with process integrators in the USA. The job entails new processes transfer, developing DOEs, working closely with US personnel and with module manufacturing engineers at the module manufacturer sites. He or she will lead the yield improvement activities, provide guidance to FA engineers to find root cause of failures and then devise experiments to correct faults in the process in order to improve yields. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Management experience and 8+ year experience in one or more of the following areas required: Display module manufacturing, biometric sensor module manufacturing, camera module manufacturing, FPD integration, solar panel packaging, semiconductor packaging, encapsulation, semiconductor or display front end, yield improvement/FA. Education Requirements Mandarin and English speaker Bachelor's degree or higher in physics, physical chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or other physical science.
