Job Function:
Ensure customer compliance with established licensing agreements by:
- Analyzing wireless handset sales quantities, prices and related numerical trends;
- Validating customer calculations;
- Researching development, manufacturing and distribution relationships between companies;
- Evaluating information gained from the tear down of wireless handsets, customer audits and other sources;
Effectively communicate ad-hoc analysis results as needed to a variety of audiences.
Establish & maintain customer relationships necessary to resolve identified reporting compliance and payment issues.
Establish & maintain strong working relationships throughout Qualcomm to ensure ready access to information relevant to compliance efforts.

Skills/Experience:
Five years experience in quantitative data analysis and/or investigative research.
Excellent analytical, deductive, and logical reasoning skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work with a team to achieve results.
Expert in the use of Excel and other data oriented applications.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Fluent in English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities&Education Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's of Science (Engineering, Math, Science, or equivalent)
Preferred: Master's (Business or equivalent)
