KeyAccountabilities： 1、Build strong partnershiprelationships with customers； 2、Manage supportrequests and co-ordinate IT Shenzhen/IT HK support teams to deliver withinagreed timescales； 3、Scheduledevelopment, testing and maintenance to ensure appropriate quality checks have been completed； 4、Manage customerprojects and oversee implementations for on time delivery； 5、Review servicefailures and produce incident reports when required； 6、Validate,negotiate and process service credits； 7、Produce andmaintain service improvement plans； 8、Manageresources in IT Shenzhen； 9、Ensureappropriate documentation is in place for specific support requirements； 10、Organize andchair monthly/quarterly review meetings； 11、Identifyproject opportunities. - Produce ad-hoc reports when required； 12、Lead, train andmanage delivery team to reach the company KPI. Key PerformanceIndicators： 1、Strive towardsa world class target of 85% above utilization rate； 2、Ensure high Endof Ticket Ratings through world class Service Delivery Management； 3、Regular engagementwithin the portfolio, including onsite (minimum once week)； 4、Contribute toinstall base growth by identifying new business / upgrade opportunities； 5、Control creditmemos through good administrative control and negotiation on service failures. |
