Skills & Experience Requirements · Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering and a minimum of three years related experience, preferably in an Automotive Electronics Engineering environment; or Master Degree in Electronics Engineering. · Circuit design skills are expected with the ability to model and simulate these circuits, perform worst-case analysis, and understand the components used and their models. · Knowledge of programming microcontrollers, in order to appreciate software requirements from the hardware design viewpoint. · The ability to communicate effectively in a team environment. · The ability to operate electronic test equipment, diagnose circuit problems, and analyze test data is necessary. · Experience in Documentation Control and Business Systems (Engineering Release, Change Notice, Cost Estimation, Manufacturing Process, etc.) is vital. · The ability to participate in structured problem-solving activities.
