NO.612-【獵頭職位：上海需要多位 DFT Engineer/Manager】聯(lián)系人：Edward-Duan,郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位了！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關(guān)注！ 崗位職責： 1、 Work withMarketing, Assembly, Test, CAD, Verification Engineering and ProductEngineering groups to ensure proper testing and manufacturability of product. 2、Design, standardize,and document test methods and modes to facilitate common test flows andcoverage on all designs. 3、Be responsible forSoC DFT Architecture, Including BSD, MBIST, APTG and Analog IP test. 4、Work with Fusa teamthe implement LBIST mechanism to meet Fusa requirement. 5、Be responsible fortest pattern verification using standard industry simulators. 6、Be responsible fortest pattern bring-up on the ATE equipment. 7、Assist test engineerand product engineer to do RMA and yield improvement. 崗位要求： 1、Expert in Design forTest methodologies with rich project experience. 2、Strong logic Designand verification background with experience in STA. 3、More than 5 largescale SoC end-to-end (from DFT plan to mass production) DFT implementationexperience 4、Be familiar withMentor or Synopsys DFT flow. 5、Be familiar withAutomotive grad product is a big plus. 6、Basic workingknowledge on V93 tester is a plus. 7、Programming in Perl,tcl and c++ is a plus. 8、2~ years ofexperience in DFT field. 福利：五險一金 不打卡彈性 純外資風格 牛人多 國外團隊歸國
